MOBILE STORE

Responsive design is the ability to design with the intention of responding to a series of problems derived from the site. In this case in particular, the site can be everchanging with its mobile qualities. Using an old shipping container as the main architectural element in this store, we began to focus on the atmospheric experience one could have inside. The focus was to proposed a shading system to allow a percentage of light to enter which would create a spotlight for the products without creating harsh conditions. Running simulations was key to the design development of this project as it gave us feedback to present climate conditions, more precisely South Florida.
